You don’t need Swift for KHTML in Windows now. Apple have released Safari Public 3.01 beta for Windows and Mac OS X as a free download. Get it from:

It’s authentic, with the Safari GUI. I thought Konqueror would be ported to Windows before this happens. I didn’t even think it would happen.
