Dynamic image creation

I got this link from a colleague that wanted a speaker for his iPod. The speaker was quite cool but what was more interesting was the URL (click below). See the CELL, QLT, CVT and COLOR etc? Try and change them and see what happens. Quite cool, this is dynamic images á la power.

How is it done, it seem to be an image server that does all the work.
