What is web design?

How many times have you not discussed what web design is? What do a web designer do? What is the difference between web design and web developing? This must one longest standing subject in web developing blogs.

I am professional web designer, well it say so on my business card. So what do I do 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and what do I know that makes me an web designer? Instead of trying to define what it is I have made graphical image of what my knowledge is and how much I work with it. How about you? Are you a web designer / web developer ? How would your graphical image look like?
